Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable AI and machine-learning solutions on the Databricks platform. You will work closely with clients and EY teams to translate business goals into production-ready AI capabilities, driving value across diverse industries.

You will combine strong technical expertise with strategic consulting skills, delivering end-to-end data pipelines, model development, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–6 years of full-time AI/ML experience.
• Databricks Certification (Data/AI) preferred.
• Strong Python, PySpark and/or Scala skills.
• Experience building production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Familiarity with MLflow, Unity Catalog and Model Serving.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement scalable ML, generative AI, and agentic systems on Databricks.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and AI solutions for clients.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes and model performance.
• Define domain ontologies and semantic models for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in hybrid/on-site settings.
• Deliver production-grade data and AI pipelines across client engagements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to clients and teams.
