Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead end‑to‑end AI/ML initiatives on the Databricks platform. You will partner with clients and EY teams to design scalable data pipelines, model deployments, and governance across complex data environments.

You will deliver production‑grade AI solutions, stay ahead of AI trends, and contribute to impactful client outcomes in a hybrid, US‑based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 3–6 years of full‑time working experience in AI/ML.
• Strong Python, PySpark and/or Scala skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Familiarity with MLflow, Unity Catalog and Model Serving.

Responsibilities

• Research, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on Databricks.
• Develop production‑grade data pipelines and AI solutions across teams.
• Monitor and evaluate learning processes to optimize models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business value.
