Lendable Ltd is seeking an AI Engineer to advance applied AI systems and Python-based services. You will tackle loosely defined problems, prototype rapidly, and evolve the strongest ideas into reliable production components.

You will work on chatbots, document parsers, and end-to-end automation using LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and agent workflows, with a focus on improving customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI systems and services.
• Hands-on work with LLMs in real workflows and prompts.
• Ability to design retrieval workflows and agent orchestration.
• Strong judgment on where AI can reduce manual work.
• Clear communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Improve the chatbot's quality and expand autonomous account actions.
• Expand in-house document extraction pipelines for speed and accuracy.
• Design LLM-driven workflows to simplify case management.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual work with AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end solutions from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
