Job summary

Red Alpha seeks an experienced AI Engineer to collaborate with system and software engineers, designing, prototyping, and integrating AI advancements into the RAD architecture. This role focuses on building AI-driven solutions that augment human intelligence, streamline workflows, and enhance intelligence operations.

You will prototype models, write production-quality code, and deploy at scale on AWS, while working with cross-functional teams to communicate tradeoffs and deliver reliable AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI, data science and development experience.
• B.S. in CS or related field; four additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Lead design and development of AI-driven solutions with production-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis on diverse datasets to inform models.
• Develop, train and evaluate ML models ensuring reliability.
• Keep up-to-date with AI/ML advancements and apply them.
• Experience with AWS and MLOps for deployment at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions from conception to deployment.
• Prototype models and integrate with existing software architecture.
• Collaborate with system engineers, software developers and domain experts.
• Conduct EDA and data modeling to guide AI strategies.
• Train and evaluate ML models, ensuring accuracy and bias mitigation.
• Stay current with AI/ML advances to improve systems.
