Job summary

RADICL is building AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation systems to autonomously process security data, generate insights, and execute response actions without human intervention. The Senior Engineer will architect automated case management systems using LLMs, threat intelligence, and AI feedback loops.

The role emphasizes scalable, deterministic pipelines, real-time streaming, and cloud-first deployments in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing production AI workflows, preferably with large language models or intelligent automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, or similar models; prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI safety considerations.
• Strong background in designing reliable, scalable, event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous workflows.
• Proficiency in Go and Python for backend services and AI/ML pipelines; familiarity with LangChain or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Automated incident response: design and build intelligent case management systems that triage incidents and execute responses.
• Agentic workflow orchestration: develop agent systems that autonomously reason about security data and execute investigations.
• Deterministic automation pipelines: create reliable, event-driven systems that learn from AI feedback and ensure consistent processing.
• Automated intelligence processing: enrich IoCs, correlate threat intel, and generate actionable insights automatically.
• Multi-modal data integration: correlate structured data, threat intelligence, and analyst feedback to improve AI models.
• Real-time streaming workflows: implement Kafka-based event-driven architectures for real-time responses.
• LLM integration and optimization: select/models, prompt engineering, and cost-effective AI operations at scale.
