Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Applied AI to design and operationalize real-world AI solutions for automotive applications.

You will build LLM-powered apps, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agents while integrating models into cloud environments and collaborating across engineering, product, and data teams. This hands-on role requires 8+ years in software, 3+ years in AI/ML, and strong Python, ML tooling, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML solution development.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready AI systems (LLM-based, RAG, agentic/workflows).
• Hands-on with modern agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, n8n) and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement applied AI solutions (LLM apps, RAG, agents, AI tools).
• Develop full-stack AI applications with front-end and cloud services.
• Build production AI systems integrated with enterprise platforms and automotive apps.
• Own experiments, rapid PoCs/MVPs, prompts, model performance, reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure governance, privacy and security compliance.
