Job summary

Panasonic Automotive North America seeks a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to design and ship production-grade AI-powered applications across IVI, manufacturing intelligence, and connected vehicle tools.

You will own the full stack from React/Next.js UI through FastAPI/Node.js backend to cloud infrastructure, integrating LLMs, building RAG pipelines, and enabling multi-agent workflows while ensuring observability and guardrails in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional full stack engineering with 2+ years AI/LLM features.
• Proven track record delivering AI-powered products at scale.
• Expert-level React and Next.js with TypeScript.
• Experience streaming LLM interfaces via WebSocket/SSE.
• Strong Python backend with FastAPI or similar; microservices.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD.
• Experience with AI observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI-powered features from UI to backend and cloud infra.
• Architect LLM integrations with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini and others.
• Build production-grade RAG pipelines and vector store management.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and tool-calling frameworks.
• Implement guardrails, monitoring, and guardrail compliance in production.
• Establish observability and metrics for AI systems.
• Collaborate with AI architects and product teams.
