Job summary

Rite-Hite in the United States is seeking a highly skilled AI/Full‑Stack Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications. You will build LLM‑driven solutions, develop RAG pipelines, and orchestrate AI agents across Salesforce, ERP, and data lakes.

You will mentor peers, implement guardrails, ensure data privacy, and optimize production systems with monitoring and logging. Strong Python, cloud, and API integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong software engineering background with production-grade apps.
• Hands-on with large language model platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Practical experience building RAG pipelines with vector databases.
• Experience with prompt engineering, versioning, and evaluation.
• Solid Python for AI development and REST API integration.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure), deployment, scaling, security concepts.
• Familiar with JSON/XML and document-based data.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered applications using LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Develop RAG solutions using structured and unstructured data such as docs, tickets, ERP data.
• Build AI agents that reason, plan, and interact with tools, APIs, and workflows.
• Implement guardrails for AI systems including prompt safety and data protection.
• Work with multimodal models (text, image, video) for analysis and optimization.
• Integrate AI with Salesforce, ERP, data lakes, APIs, and internal apps.
• Partner with security/compliance for responsible AI usage and governance.
• Prototype quickly, then harden for production with monitoring and logging.
• Mentor and upskill developers on AI concepts and best practices.
