You will guide teams in building AI-enabled middleware and platforms, embed AI automation across the software lifecycle, and champion AI adoption in a fast-growing environment.

The role demands deep expertise in AI development practices, RAG techniques, and experience designing AI agent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience with AI-first development practices and AI tooling integration
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and modern AI pipelines

Responsibilities

• Review, modify, develop and implement complex software applications with an AI-augmented approach
• Provide technical direction across engineering teams and champion AI adoption
• Lead AI-first engineering culture and embed AI automation in the SDLC
