Job summary

Maybern Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned AI engineer focused on product-driven, agentic systems for private fund management.

You will work on complex fund-accounting workflows and customer-facing AI experiences, translating them into reliable, real-world capabilities. You will partner with product managers, domain experts, and engineers to uncover high-value use cases and deliver production-ready AI features that enhance our agentic operating system.

Qualifications

• Systems thinking to reason through complex software architecture and data flows.
• Product vision links technical decisions to customer value in fund-management
• AI fluency in evaluating agentic AI systems and assessing failure modes.
• Ability to make progress in evolving product and tech environments without perfect clarity.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic product experiences: customer-facing AI capabilities, Maybern Chatbot, embedded agent assistance, and in-product workflows.
• Expand Maybern's MCP: define and implement patterns for safe agent-data interfaces, enabling new use cases.
• Own reconciliation workflows: automate spreadsheet reconciliation to reduce manual, error-prone data tasks.
• Shape product direction: collaborate with product, domain experts, customers, and engineers to maximize agent value across the product surface.
• Evolve agent capabilities: advance how agents handle complex tasks and unify experiences across sessions and emails.
