The role emphasizes production AI deployment across major clouds with strong emphasis on observability and governance. Remote work from Georgia is supported, with opportunities to work in offices as well.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in production AI/LLM apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship AI-native systems end-to-end including agents, workflows, RAG and the harness.
• Build evaluation pipelines to prove system usefulness.
• Design for failure with retries, model fallbacks and cost controls.
• Capture domain expertise and reusable workflows for future engagements.
• Engage with SMEs and end-users to shape use cases and feasibility.
• Write production-grade Python: integrations, APIs, data access, deployment.
• Interact with end-users during interviews, UAT and workflow observation.
