Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and MCP highly preferred.
• Experience creating Agents, Multi-Agent reasoning and Multi-Agent architecture highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply and integrate advanced statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis for the AI function.
• Assist with strategic initiatives of data analysis, systems data sets, and advanced data sources.
• Collaborate and publish research in high impact peer-reviewed journals or external conferences to advance AI knowledge and practice.
