Job summary
Ryan LLC is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, develop, and deliver robust AI-driven software systems. You will own complex components, lead feature implementation, and drive engineering best practices with cross-functional teams ensuring safety, performance, and reliability.
You will collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architecture discussions. This role requires hands-on coding and independent work as well as teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features (agents/ flows) into real workflows.
- Hands-on full-stack development with modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Strong debugging, design reviews, and ownership from design to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into production-ready full-stack components.
- Design and document specs for mid-to-large components.
- Lead integration with enterprise apps via APIs and middleware.
- Develop and deploy inAzure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to ensure quality and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices within the squad.
