Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions, with 1 year focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python.
• 1+ years developing agentic AI systems, including orchestration and tool integration (e.g., LangChain; Semantic Kernel; AutoGen; Strands; CrewAI).
• Experience with cloud AI workloads and security for AI deployments (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• 1+ years leading project workstreams/engagements and translating business problems into AI solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Deliver components of client engagements focusing on technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
• Lead small teams to identify requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Create and develop project scope and schedule; plan and assign resources.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs per the change management plan.
• Identify high-level risks and develop mitigations; communicate with decision makers.
• Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders and the project team.
