Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 1 year focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python
• 1+ years of direct experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows (e.g.: LangChain; Semantic Kernel; AutoGen)
• Azure: AI Foundry, OpenAI Service, Cognitive Search & Vector DBs, Entra ID & Key Vault for AI workloads
• AWS: Bedrock, Knowledge bases, Guardrails, Prompt Flows, and RAG pipelines; Lambda, EC2 deployment
• GCP: Vertex AI, Model Garden, Agent Builder; BigQuery for analytics

Responsibilities

• Drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements
• Manage day-to-day executive client interactions and stakeholder alignment
• Lead components of engagements designing and implementing AI solutions for large organizations
• Lead small teams to define requirements, design processes, prototype, test, and train
• Plan project scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and take corrective actions
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions
• Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders and decision makers
• Support the AI & Data practice in delivering end-to-end data and AI platforms
