Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• 8+ years with cloud-native systems and APIs/microservices.
• 3+ years building agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, and open-source models.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail) and drive intelligent automation.
• Lead workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows with stakeholders.
