Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic systems in enterprise environments. You will work as a technologist and trusted advisor with client stakeholders, defining use cases, prototyping rapidly, and delivering robust, secure agentic workflows.

You will partner with AI providers, contribute to shared libraries, and own deployment and observability of services in production. This hybrid role offers travel among US offices and client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• 1+ year experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI or open-source).
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, evaluation, and observability.
• Develop AI-native platforms and integration across providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI).
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor agentic workflows across domains (finance, healthcare, retail) with client SMEs.
