Job summary

Chime is seeking a data-driven analytics leader to define how the app and AI features are measured and to lead strategic analyses for senior leaders across the company. You will set the agenda for understanding member engagement with the app and AI experiences, and translate signals into actions that shape product and business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in data-focused roles shaping executive decisions.
• Deep proficiency in product and experience metrics; AI/ML‑powered experiences a plus.
• Extensive stakeholder management at Director/VP+ level.
• Expertise in SQL with strong data warehouse querying.
• Analytics engineering depth with dbt data models.
• Strong statistical inference and experimental design skills.
• Impact-focused with mentoring responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the measurement framework for AI and App Experience metrics.
• Set the strategy for engagement, adoption, and AI feature quality.
• Be the arbiter of truth with data and raise methodological bar.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations & Member Experience, and Marketing.
• Lead first-of-its-kind analyses and mentor data scientists.
