Job summary

Deepgram, Inc. is seeking a Head of AI Enablement Engineering to lead AI-first initiatives, owning strategy, standards, and hands-on building to make AI leverage real across all functions.

You will build reference implementations, establish adoption metrics, and collaborate with Security, Data, and Platform teams to scale AI enablement across the company, while growing a distributed champions network and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Ability to operate across business and technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI enablement engineering across Deepgram.
• Evaluate tools, agents, models, and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Build reference implementations: reusable agents, MCP servers, workflows, libraries.
• Set company-wide AI adoption strategy — metrics, milestones, reporting cadence.
• Partner with Platform/Internal Tools, Security, and Data to define guardrails.
• Build and lead a distributed champions network and grow a central team.
• Partner with People Ops on AI-native onboarding and fluency.
• Stay ahead of fast-moving AI landscape and translate capabilities.
