Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical or cross-functional role delivering impact.
• Proven AI-powered tools, automations, or workflows.
• Experience coaching others and enabling teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business teams to map tools, processes and bottlenecks.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and custom tools.
• Coach team members to develop AI skills through sessions and practice.
• Make solutions reusable across the organization.
• Track AI adoption progress and report to IT leadership.
