Job summary

Kong Inc. is building a new AI Enablement Specialist capability and seeks a senior practitioner to lead hands‑on work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Customer Success. You’ll partner with IT to deliver AI powered workflows and tools, coach teams, and ensure scalable adoption across the organization.

You’ll mentor junior staff, stay current on AI developments, and help define governance and documentation standards to accelerate practical AI use in Kong’s business context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or cross‑functional role that required problem‑solving across teams and functions.
• Track record of building AI-powered tools, automations, or workflows that changed how real work gets done.
• Experience helping others develop new technical skills through training or coaching.
• Clear, concise communication skills to explain concepts to non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Understand how business teams actually work, their tools, processes, pain points, and outputs.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and tools to address bottlenecks and save time.
• Coach team members to develop their AI skills through coaching and structured practice.
• Create reusable solutions that can scale across the organization.
• Track AI adoption progress and report findings to IT leadership regularly.
• Set documentation standards for tools, workflows, and lessons learned.
