Job summary

Fundraise Up is building a global AI-enabled platform for nonprofits, with a focus on developer tooling, integrations, and scalable AI adoption. As an AI Enablement Engineer, you’ll boost engineering output through effective AI tooling adoption and internal integrations, collaborating across security, DevOps, and GTM.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on engineer with 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.
• Deep fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and end-to-end AI-assisted development workflow.
• Experience building integrations against third-party APIs and agent-tooling protocols (MCP).
• English proficiency at C1 level for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enablement & coaching with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, and cohorts to raise effectiveness with AI-assisted development.
• Capture best practices and transfer them via living guides, prompt libraries, troubleshooting playbooks, and an internal knowledge base.
• Scale enablement by standing up a network of embedded AI champions.
• Unblock engineers by surfacing blockers, aggregating patterns, and escalating systemic issues to leadership.
• Build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling from prototype to production, including auth, access control, security review, and CI/CD.
• Run structured evaluations of AI tools and models and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Define and track adoption and productivity metrics across teams and tools.
• Partner with security/compliance and GTM to translate needs into internal enablement.
