Job summary

Asana is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the company’s push into agentic work management, enabling AI teammates to plan, execute, and orchestrate work with humans. You will lead programs across the Work Management Platform and partner with R&D and business teams to deliver outcomes.

The role is based in Vancouver or New York with an office-centric hybrid schedule. In-office days are Mon, Tue, Thu; some work at home on Wed and depending on work Fridays.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across engineering, product, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of cross-functional programs enabling human-AI collaboration.
• Develop and manage product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Improve governance, identify risks, coordinate resources, and drive delivery toward shared goals.
• Communicate program health and updates to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to remove inefficiencies.
