Job summary

Asana, a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs enabling agentic work management with AI teammates. You will partner with R&D and business teams to deliver outcomes and orchestrate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Business units.

You will be based in Vancouver or New York with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Mon, Tue, Thu, with optional WFH on Wed and limited Friday

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs in enterprise software and B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrates collaboration and communication skills across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Business teams.
• Ability to move fast in ambiguous situations and drive decisions with stakeholders.
• Shows AI fluency and track record applying emerging technologies to unlock productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs advancing agentic work management with AI.
• Build and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Create visibility, clarity, and drive delivery by managing governance, risks, and resources.
• Communicate updates on program health to teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.
