Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of our largest Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. You will oversee 50+ person teams across multiple workstreams, delivering AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for leading HCLS organizations.

Your objective is to deliver distinctive customer business outcomes and experience, while implementing AI-native end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, multi-workstream transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder orchestration and relationship-building skills.
Ability to proactively shape program direction and manage interdependencies.
Experience with AI-native end-to-end delivery and AI-driven development life cycles.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain executive relationships (VP+), guiding program direction and risk.
Proactively manage interdependencies and drive accountability across disciplines.
Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams to align priorities and timelines.
Define measurable customer outcomes and translate progress into executive-ready value narratives.
Own the program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and scope management for fixed-price milestones.
Influence AI guardrails and governance in delivery as AI-augmented workflows increase.
Drive AI-DLC adoption across programs and scale multi-agent delivery while ensuring compliance.
Surface ideas to innovate with AWS teams to accelerate customer outcomes.
