Groupe Kardol in the United States is seeking a Senior Automation & Quality Engineer to lead the evolution of testing ecosystems, pioneering AI-assisted test generation and agentic workflows to reduce manual authoring time while maintaining elite-level system reliability.

You will design robust, scalable test cases and collaborate across teams in a hybrid role, with primary office locations Mount Laurel, NJ or West Chester, PA, requiring 3 to 4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience in software quality engineering or automation development.
• Hybrid role requiring 3–4 days onsite per week in Mount Laurel, NJ or West Chester, PA.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on TDD/BDD and Shift-Left testing practices.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Testing: design and implement LLM-assisted test scaffolding and generation.
• Hybrid Testing: perform manual exploratory testing and translate insights into automation using Python, pytest, and TypeScript.
• Cross-Project: act as a quality consultant across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Agentic Frameworks: maintain knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and Agent Evaluations for reliable AI products.
• Performance Engineering: conduct deep-dive performance analysis and latency profiling with Locust or JMeter.
• Backend Validation: perform deep integration and contract testing for distributed systems (FastAPI, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs).
