Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI-enabled technology advisor to enhance consulting delivery by applying generative AI tools and automation. You will design repeatable AI-driven workflows for research, analysis, and client-ready deliverables, while leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Power Platform to improve efficiency.

The role is hands-on, practical, and focused on applying existing AI technologies to solve business problems within Crowe’s Technology Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2–5+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, or related field.
• Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment and developing prompts or workflows.
• Excellent written communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• AI Workflow Development: design reusable AI-enabled workflows for research, writing, and presentations.
• Consulting & Analysis: synthesize findings into executive recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
• AI Optimization & Knowledge Management: maintain libraries of prompts, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Automation & Collaboration: explore Power Platform opportunities and partner with teams for AI-enabled improvements.
