Job summary

Crowe is seeking an AI-enabled technology advisor to enhance consulting delivery through practical generative AI applications. The role focuses on designing repeatable AI-driven workflows for research, analysis, and knowledge management.

The ideal candidate will hands-on use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to improve efficiency and output quality in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing prompts, AI assistants, workflows, or automations.
• Excellent written communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable AI-enabled workflows for research, document analysis, writing, presentations, and consulting deliverables.
• Develop prompts, custom AI assistants, Claude Skills, templates, and workflow documentation.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Maintain libraries of prompts, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Partner with consulting teams to identify manual processes and implement AI-enabled improvements.
