Crowe’s Technology Advisory practice is expanding with an AI-enabled technology advisor who will design repeatable AI workflows to improve research, analysis, and deliverables. You’ll integrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, SharePoint, and Power Platform to raise efficiency and quality in consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business administration, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in technology consulting or IT advisory.
• Experience using generative AI tools in a professional environment.
• Experience developing prompts, AI assistants, workflows, or automations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Excellent written communication and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable AI-enabled workflows for research, document analysis, writing, and deliverables.
• Develop prompts, custom AI assistants, templates, and workflow documentation.
• Standardize approaches for use across consulting teams.
• Analyze client documents and synthesize executive-level recommendations.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain libraries of prompts, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Support knowledge management across Notion, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Explore automation opportunities using Power Platform, APIs, and low-code tools.
• Partner with teams to identify and implement AI-enabled improvements.
• Measure workflow adoption, efficiency, and quality.
