Job summary

Crowe’s Technology Advisory team seeks an AI-enabled technology advisor to apply generative AI and automation to consulting delivery. You will design repeatable AI-driven workflows improving research, analysis, writing, and knowledge management.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on AI use with strong analytical skills and experience leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to enhance efficiency and quality of engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
2–5+ years in technology consulting or IT advisory.
Experience using generative AI tools in a professional setting.
Proven ability to develop prompts, AI assistants, workflows, or automations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement reusable AI-enabled workflows for research, writing, and deliverables.
Develop prompts, assistants, templates, and workflow docs; standardize approaches.
Analyze client documents and synthesize findings into executive recommendations.
Evaluate AI prompts, models, and workflows; maintain prompts/templates libraries.
