Job summary

Crowe's Technology Advisory practice is seeking an AI-enabled technology advisor to improve consulting delivery through practical generative AI tools and automation.

The role designs repeatable AI-driven workflows to enhance research, analysis, document creation, presentations, and knowledge management, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in technology consulting or IT advisory.
• Experience using generative AI tools professionally.
• Experience developing prompts, AI assistants, workflows, or automations.
• Excellent written communication and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable AI-enabled workflows for research, document analysis, writing, presentations, and consulting deliverables.
• Develop prompts, custom AI assistants, Claude Skills, templates, and workflow documentation.
• Standardize successful approaches for use across consulting teams.
• Analyze client documents, interview notes, spreadsheets, and other source materials.
• Synthesize findings into executive-level recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Evaluate and refine AI prompts, models, and workflows through structured testing.
• Maintain libraries of prompts, templates, workflows, and best practices.
• Support knowledge management across Notion, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Explore automation opportunities using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, APIs, and low-code tools.
• Partner with consulting teams to identify manual processes and implement AI-enabled improvements.
• Measure workflow effectiveness through adoption, efficiency, and quality improvements.
