Job summary

Cotality is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Development professional to shape learning strategy, deploy AI-enabled platforms, and scale talent programs across a 5,000-person, 6-country organization. This hybrid role blends hands-on design, facilitation, and strategic execution to drive employee growth and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or Adult Learning.
• Ability to translate business needs into engaging learning experiences using tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training and education strategies for major Talent Management implementations (Workday Career Hub, Workday Learn/Create).
• Own workstreams within Talent Management projects from strategy to delivery and change management.
• Design and develop modern learning experiences using AI, digital platforms, and best-in-class resources.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person sessions across audiences and topics.
• Build and maintain Talent Management sites and resources with intuitive UX.
• Collaborate across project teams to align implementation, training, and communications.
• Evaluate program impact via participation, adoption, and effectiveness.
