Job summary

Cotality, part of CoreLogic, seeks a forward-thinking Talent Development professional to drive learning innovation and scale employee experiences across a 5,000-person, multi-country organization.

You will launch cutting-edge Talent platforms, apply AI-enabled approaches, and shape how employees learn, grow, and build future-ready capabilities in a hybrid role two days in Dallas and three remote days.

Qualifications

• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced evolving environment.
• AI and technology fluency with Gen‑AI tools to modernize learning.
• Experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or related field.
• Learning design using the 70‑20‑10 model.
• Strong written and verbal communication; facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies for Talent Management implementations.
• Own workstreams from strategy to delivery and change management.
• Design modern learning experiences leveraging AI and digital platforms.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in‑person sessions across audiences.
• Build Talent Management sites and supporting content for UX clarity.
