Job summary

Fyxer, an AI executive assistant startup, seeks a remote customer support professional to own the front line across chat, email and video. You will diagnose complex issues, improve knowledge content, and collaborate with Support, Sales and Product Success.

You’ll work with strong teams and have autonomy to solve problems and grow quickly. You will be empowered to shape scaling, tooling and playbooks while staying connected with the team as we build our Austin presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer or technical support, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with problem-solving flair.
• Curious, coachable, and driven to exceed goals.
• Startup-ready: adaptable, fast-moving, hands-on.
• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Linear, or similar tools.
• Genuine interest in AI and the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Own the front line of customer support across chat, email and video - resolve issues end-to-end.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalate when needed.
• Identify patterns and feed improvements for knowledge base and processes.
• Coordinate with Support, Sales, Product and Customer Success to prevent gaps.
• Contribute to tooling decisions, workflow design and team playbooks.
