• 2+ years of customer support or customer success in a B2B setup.
• Experience with integration-heavy environments.
• Ability to start work by 8AM ET.
• Demonstrable AI-native workflow and ability to move faster with AI tools.
• Strong written communication—clear, warm, precise.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build playbooks.
• Technical curiosity to read error messages and communicate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer; synthesize patterns into product feedback.
• Log bugs and feature requests in Linear with context for engineering.
• Maintain the knowledge base and FAQs for scalable support.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to reproduce issues.
• Own inbound support across email, chat, and calls end-to-end.
