Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools or agentic workflows.
• Strong communicator with data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects to executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GMs to define vision and scale opportunities across teams.
• Develop roadmaps and proof points for B2B initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experiment quickly to drive go-to-market and adoption, turning learns into playbooks.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with engineering on agentic workflows.
• Lead AI pilots from experiment to production and create reusable templates.
• Make pilots sustainable for future teams to operate without rework.
• Collaborate on pitch decks and sales content to unlock new opportunities.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics; report results to leadership.
