Job summary

Lumbermens Merchandising Corporation (LMC) is seeking an AI-enabled Application Developer to join its Technology team in Wayne, PA. You will design, develop, and deploy modern applications using C#, .NET, Power Platform, and SQL Server while applying AI-assisted development practices.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, prototype rapidly, integrate REST APIs, and support production systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, or other related field or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience working with Business Analysts and stakeholders with varying technical expertise.
Experience delivering solutions through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience in small, collaborative IT environments with flexibility and ownership.

Responsibilities

Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create technical specifications, solution designs, data models, and workflow diagrams.
Participate in solution architecture discussions focused on scalability, maintainability, security, and long-term supportability.
Estimate development effort and identify technical risks early in the process.
Design and support solutions within Microsoft Power Platform and .NET ecosystem.
Build integrations between internal and external systems using REST APIs.
Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
