Job summary

LMC is recruiting an AI-enabled Application Developer to join the Technology team in Wayne, PA. You will work across modern and legacy tech, translating business needs into production-ready software using C#, .NET, VB.NET, REST APIs, and AI-assisted tools.

You will prototype rapidly, build integrations, support analytics efforts with MSSQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS, and contribute to secure, scalable solutions while collaborating with Business Analysts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Experience across the full SDLC and collaborative IT environments.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Git.
• Demonstrated use of AI development tools and ability to validate AI outputs.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Create technical specifications, data models, and workflow diagrams.
• Design scalable, secure architectures and estimate development effort.
• Rapid prototype to validate requirements and accelerate delivery.
• Develop and modernize legacy VB/VB.NET solutions and build API integrations.
• Support reporting with MSSQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS.
• Implement automated tests and participate in CI/CD and production support.
