Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Sr. Solution Manager to own all aspects of solution life cycles from inception to delivery. Located at WellSky World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, this role sits within the Connected Networks team and focuses on the post-acute space.

You will engage with industry stakeholders to scope roadmaps, translate feedback into design requirements, and drive alignment across engineering, services, and client experience teams. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of solution life cycles from inception to delivery and execution of strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to create solution roadmaps and business development collateral.
• Translate complex client requests into design requirements across functional domains.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across engineering, professional services, and client experience.
• Set priorities for development efforts and plan go-to-market activities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive outcomes.
