Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of high-impact technical programs in alignment with business and technical objectives. The role collaborates with engineering, design, solution management, and operations to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives while navigating complex technical challenges in large-scale projects.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies, or openness to learn and use AI to improve productivity, decision‑making, and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of moderately complex technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, solution management, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth program delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical project plans with roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and blockers and work with teams to resolve issues and keep programs on track.
• Communicate program status, challenges, and progress to leadership with actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools as part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Develop goals, objectives, and milestones aligned with strategy and technical direction.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to promote cooperation and manage expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
