Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with focus on correctness, performance and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and troubleshoots software solutions with non-routine problem solving.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts while ensuring constraints are met by code.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contributes to software engineering communities and explorations of new tech.
