Job summary

Nexer Czech Republic seeks a Senior AI-Assisted Software Engineer to join an international team delivering enterprise platforms for workflow automation, pricing, tender management, and system integration.

You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, applying AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and drive innovation while mentoring teammates and discussing trade-offs with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Based in Czechia and eligible to work in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering production software.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms and CI/CD.
• Ability to translate unclear requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture, security, scalability and operability.
• Experience with distributed systems and enterprise integrations.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate with cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end from discovery to production delivery and support.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Design and implement backend services, web apps, APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud-based solutions.
• Build prototypes and validate with users, iterating outcomes.
• Ensure scalability, security, resilience, maintainability, and operability.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support development, testing, and documentation.
• Review AI-generated outputs for quality and safety.
