McGuireWoods LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our IT team, focusing on secure, scalable software that supports the Firm's core operations. The role emphasizes AI-enabled solutions and a Microsoft stack, collaborating with legal and business stakeholders to deliver integrations across ERP, CRM and document management systems.

Candidates should have five+ years of hands-on development, strong communication skills, and a track record of modernization and security

Formación

Five+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency with .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
Experience with AI-enabled or generative AI solutions.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and cloud services.

Responsabilidades

Contributes to planning, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of major software systems.
Designs, develops and tests web-based, desktop and cloud-based solutions.
Develops integrations using APIs, web services and data interfaces.
Collaborates with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Leverages AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
