Job summary

PlusAI, a Physical AI company in Silicon Valley, seeks engineers in Santa Clara to join its fast-growing team. Design and build AI agentic workflows that analyze simulation results, identify failures, and surface root causes for engineering teams.

You will architect scalable simulation pipelines, quantify sim-to-real divergence, and collaborate across simulation, onboard, systems, and data science to improve autonomy performance.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a relevant engineering or CS field.
• Experience building LLM-powered workflows for data analysis or automation.
• Experience closing sim-to-real gaps in autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ and scalable data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agentic workflows to analyze simulation results and surface root causes.
• Architect scalable simulation pipelines and evaluate metrics across road tests.
• Identify and reduce sim-to-real divergence using data-driven methods.
• Monitor and improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to reproduce and resolve issues seen in road tests.
• Contribute to long-term system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and QMS standards.
