Job summary

Aquent partners with a leading consumer platform to drive organic growth and discoverability through hands-on HTML/CSS optimization, content publishing, and strategic SEO initiatives. The role focuses on on-page improvements, schema, and entity-based content to boost AI-driven discovery.

You will own end-to-end execution of the organic content engine, coordinate with brand and product teams, and ship high-quality content on schedule, leveraging AI tools and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hands-on experience with organic growth, content, and search optimization for consumer brands or agencies.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for direct on-page edits within a CMS.
• Strong understanding of on-page, keyword research, internal linking, and technical basics.

Responsibilities

• Edit HTML and CMS templates to implement on-page best practices (title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, schema, internal linking, alt text, clean URLs).
• Conduct routine technical health checks (crawlability, indexation, page speed, redirects) and coordinate fixes.
• Publish and edit organic content (blogs, landing pages, FAQs, category pages, pillar hubs) aligned with content pillars.
• Develop entity-driven content strategies for AI systems and citation-ready formatting.
• Perform keyword research and competitive discovery to inform on-page decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content delivery on-brand and on schedule.
• Manage agency and freelancer partners, timelines, QA, and quality checks.
