Job summary

EY is hiring a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead complex, AI-enabled Source-to-Pay transformations across global clients. You will own solution architecture, guide multi-region delivery teams and shape business outcomes with technology strategy and executive sponsorship.

Ideal candidates bring deep ZIP/GEP experience, strong client leadership, and a track record of delivering large transformative procurement programs while balancing risk, governance and value

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP platform capabilities, configuration concepts, integration patterns and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP and/or GEP programs.
• Experience architecting and delivering complex global procurement transformations across multiple regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits including solution strategies, estimates, roadmaps, proposals and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders, including C-suite sponsors.
• Demonstrated people leadership with coaching, performance and delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation visions, target architectures and roadmaps.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Oversee intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, invoicing and analytics design.
• Define the solution blueprint with data migration, reporting and controls.
• Govern architecture decisions and manage design authority and risk.
