Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Quality Architect to lead design and implementation of advanced testing strategies across industries, focusing on AI/ML-driven testing and Gen AI-based approaches. You will guide enterprise-scale testing initiatives and engage directly with clients on presales activities.

Responsibilities include creating robust automation architectures, integrating with CI/CD, and mentoring teams to elevate testing practices across multi-domain environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software testing and test automation, including leadership roles at an enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and API automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML testing, prompt engineering, and testing with Gen AI agents.
• Proven experience in software testing across key industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
• Proficiency in UI, API, white-box, and black-box testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Hands-on experience in presales activities, client presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, and version control systems such as GIT.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing initiatives and mentoring technical teams at scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of test automation architectures, including AI/ML-driven solutions, across multiple domains.
• Define and implement testing standards, best practices, and innovative strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Leverage Gen AI agents to optimize application testing and develop automation validation frameworks.
• Develop advanced test automation frameworks and support data quality and observability solutions.
• Oversee integration of Gen AI-based testing approaches in dynamic, multi-domain environments.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities and proposals.
• Foster collaboration by promoting advanced testing and automation practices.
