Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Quality Engineering with 5–8+ years in pre-sales, proposals, or advisory roles
• Ability to translate complex concepts into persuasive business narratives for executives
• Hands-on or architectural understanding of modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in quality engineering and predictive analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response creation for complex RFPs/RFIs/SOWs centered on Quality Engineering and Test Automation
• Develop client-focused proposals, estimation models, and solution architectures
• Lead technical discussions and workshops with C-level executives and procurement stakeholders
• Deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations of QE capabilities and accelerators
• Architect modern QE solutions incorporating AI-driven testing and self-healing scripts
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client expectations
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with sales and Quality Engineering leadership
• Contribute to reusable pre-sales assets and solution accelerators
• Stay current with QE trends to enhance go-to-market strategy
