Job summary
Liaison Group is seeking a Senior Tester (AI) to drive quality across the development lifecycle of AI-powered products. You will lead manual and automated testing, plan test activities, and help implement test-driven development while collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust, reliable user experiences.
Essential experience includes AI testing, Generative AI, and web/API testing within SAAS environments.
Qualifications
- Experience testing non-deterministic AI systems using statistical and dataset-based techniques.
- Experience testing Generative AI or Copilot solutions.
- Knowledge of AI security testing and OWASP LLM Top 10 style risks.
- Familiarity with AI failure modes, including hallucination and prompt injections.
- Web-based software and API testing experience.
- Experience in a SAAS development environment and agile processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan test activities for Agile deliveries and document results.
- Add test scripts and maintain automated test framework.
- Derive test cases from requirements and user stories.
- Lead regression, ad hoc and re-tests as required.
- Ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Maintain auditable test documentation for regulatory/compliance needs.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to refine user stories.
