Job summary

1KOMMA5° is seeking a Mobile App Platform QA lead who will own the quality strategy for Flutter apps and testing architecture across mobile product teams. You will champion AI-driven QA, building autonomous exploration and smarter test orchestration to detect product risks early.

You will co-create systems that enable product teams to own quality end-to-end, shifting quality into product design and development rather than a final verification step.

Qualifications

• Mobile automation for iOS/Android with Flutter/Dart.
• Experience building AI-driven QA workflows and test generation.
• Ability to design QA architecture and test strategy.
• Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong English communication for guiding engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy of our Flutter apps and testing architecture across mobile product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional mobile teams to close testing gaps and enable shipping with confidence.
• Grow and maintain automated test suites (Appium / BrowserStack) focused on critical user journeys.
• Keep test infrastructure healthy with fast, reliable runs and actionable results.
• Develop autonomous AI-driven exploration and testing workflows to detect product risks.
